Holy Order vouches

A week ago I started applying for a devision in the Federation called "Holy Order" on where one of my cousin is associated. At first I didn't know what to do or how to apply for service. So I stepped up to the registrar and took out a form. I filled it up and for the next few days, I was on observation.
At the headquarters I went to buy some batteries for my mining tool. As it was our chance to get the Holystone Keeper (HSK) to guard us while mining. I saw Rolf, one of the members HOL that was observing me these past days, then vouched for me after reporting yester.
